Hotel spotless clean. Excellent spa and pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location. Good breakfast options. 10 mins walk to town. Nice views from rooms.

Spa was beautiful (if only for adults) Family room was good size

We did not realise when we booked the hotel that the indoor pool facilities were only for 18+ adults. It should be made more clear in the publicity ... the children were disappointed.

Friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, excellent spa, good bed linen, great breakfast, lovely pool area.

Bedroom very small, shower in bathroom was appalling (room 220). by uk standards this is not a four star hotel.

To early to check out. Opening hours of the swiming poll, opens to late and closes to early. We were not ablle to use it, we went out to early and come back to late to be able to use the pool.

The staff at Brilliant Hotel were incredibly helpful during our stay. When one of my lenses came out of my glasses, the receptionist went above and beyond to find an optician in the area and even marked it on a street map
